1. New font in the calendar.
Its implementation solved several issues in some browsers and operating systems. Moreover, this font is more readable.
2. Project log.
A new "History" section has been created in the project. Here, you can see all the actions of each employee making changes to the project. The data collected here can be filtered by various parameters (employee credentials, action time, etc.).
3. Quotation template.
You can now create several templates for quotation settings and apply them depending on the current project needs.
4. Copying positions.
We've added the ability to flexibly copy positions within the project estimate and between the estimates of different projects.
5. Assigning employees.
You can now add employees to the project directly from the "Staff" section.
6. Sorting in the timeline.
In the "Planning" section, it is now possible to sort data by date in the summary table.
7. Project list by employee and vehicle.
Analytics/Expenses/Staff/Employees – now you can export a list of projects by employee in Excel for a selected period. It includes financial details, essentially creating a financial report and payroll for each individual.
Analytics/Expenses/Vehicles – here, you can download an Excel file for each vehicle, listing the projects it was involved in and the financial costs incurred.
8. Comments in "Analytics" from "Planning".
Comments made during project planning in the "Planning" section are now visible in the project data table in the "Analytics" section.
9. Project list in "Analytics".
The xlsx file with your overall financial report, which can be downloaded from your Analytics/Income account page, now has a separate sheet listing projects with an income breakdown.
10. Exporting lists from the catalog.
It is now possible to export equipment lists from the catalog subsections to Excel: "Faulty", "Lost", "In Repair", "Written off", and "Sold".
11. Editing finances.
The "Finance" section now has the ability to edit manually added incomes and expenses.
12. AI Assistant update.
It is now possible to enable/disable the "Find Alternatives" function. Analysis is faster, and each rider position is added to the estimate as a separate line without searching for equipment in your catalog.
