In the account of any employee of your company who has access settings (Databases/ Employees/Options /Access Templates) the ability to see all sections of your projects is set, the calendar looks like this:
The color of each project here is the color assigned to the status in which the estimate of this project is currently located.
If for a part of the staff (for example, for warehouse workers) to create a separate access template in which to hide the "Estimate" section, then the calendars of these employees will become like this:
As you can see, now their projects are painted in colors corresponding to the statuses of not the estimates, but the specifications.
It is these colors that are set in the global settings in the block that we are currently considering:
To summarize. In the calendar of a user with the "Administrator" access template (all project sections are available to him), the colors configured here are invisible. The projects in his calendar are colored in the colors of the budget statuses. These colors become visible only if you hide the "Estimate" section in the access template settings.
