#Labels

In the "Labels" menu, you can create templates for printing, which can be used to label equipment in the warehouse. Each label generally corresponds to a specific SKU. Labels can include barcodes, QR codes, or simply information about the SKU (its number, name, model, row, and bin in the warehouse, etc.).

  1. The main "Labels" page stores all templates you have created. To create a new label template, click "Add" at the top of the page.

  2. On the page that opens, enter the template name, paper sheet parameters for label placement, and the parameters of the label itself. Once complete, click “Add”.

  3. To the right of the sheet and label parameters, you will see the "Preview" and "Elements" windows. The "Preview" window shows how the label will look, and the "Elements" window allows you to modify it.

  4. In the upper-right corner of the "Elements" section, there is a "+" icon. By clicking it, you can add entries in the section, such as label_1, label_2, etc. Each entry represents a separate information fragment that can be added to the label. The fragments can be of the following types:

    • constant — fixed text or number specified in the field below (e.g., your company name);

    • SKU number – information about the SKU, which can be displayed as one of three types of graphic codes (values C128, QRCODE, and PDF417) or simply as a number (value "text");

    • row — the row where this SKU is stored in the warehouse (value is taken from the catalog);

    • place — tthe specific place where the SKU is stored in the warehouse;

    • modelmodel name of the SKU, shown as text;

    • category — the catalog address of the item to which this SKU belongs;

    • image — here you can upload a small image (e.g., your company logo). We recommend uploading images no larger than a few kilobytes.

    Select an entry by clicking on it, and a menu for editing its parameters will open on the right.

 5. After finishing the editing, click "Apply," and the label template will be saved in the list on the "Labels" page.

To print labels, select the desired catalog entry so that the SKU list for this entry opens in the workspace in the center of the screen. Select the necessary SKU(s) (one, multiple, or all at once) using the checkbox. A row of icons will appear above the workspace. Click the printer icon. On the page that opens, choose the label template and the SKUs for which you need labels, and download the generated file. The downloaded PDF file will have the specified parameters, ready to be sent to pring.
