Work in Golova.ai it starts with filling in the catalog. The first step is to create sections and subsections.

 1) There is a "Database" button on the main page. Go to the Catalog database.

The catalog is your main database. It stores information about your equipment, services, their cost and much more.

The Catalog window is divided into three parts. The tree structure of your catalog is displayed on the left side. The central part shows the contents of the selected folder. The menu of the selected sections, positions, articles is displayed in the right part.

In the catalog Golova.ai the following logical levels are used: sections and subsections (folders), items (equipment, services, components, consumables), articles (quantitative expression of equipment, components and consumables). 

2) Select the desired folder in the directory tree or in the center field. There are six plus icons above the catalog workspace. Each of them allows you to add your own type of Position. Select the first one to create sections and subsections.

3) When you click on the button, the line "New section" will appear in the catalog, you can enter the name you want and comment on this section on the right.

4) To create a subsection, go to the section by double-clicking on its name in the workspace. You can also go to the section by selecting it in the left part, where the tree structure of the catalog is displayed.

5) After going to the section, click again on the section creation icon, and a subsection will appear inside the section, which can also be renamed.
