First, let's look at how to enter and edit counterparty data in the new interface.

    1. On any page, go to the "Databases" section (the corresponding menu button is at the top left). Select the Contractors database;

         2. Make sure that on the page of the "Contractors" section that opens, the interface switch button says "Old interface" (which means that the new interface mode is enabled). If you see the label "New interface" on the button, click on it once to switch to the new interface;

         3. Click on the "Add" button;

         4. In the "Basic information" section, specify the name of the company, select your employee responsible for interacting with this company (the "Manager" field). Select the counterparty's status and enter its address. Also indicate if this counterparty can participate in the sublease. If you check the appropriate checkbox, then in the future, this counterparty will be displayed in projects when setting up sublease;

         5. In the legal information block, you specify the country of registration and the type of counterparty (legal entity, individual, etc., or their analogues in the legal fields of different countries). As well as bank details, e-mail address and similar data that are needed for signing contracts and making payments. Here, in the future, it will be possible to include an unscrupulous counterparty in the "black list", accompanying the addition with a comment (then in the general table you will be able to filter counterparties by belonging to the "black list");

         6. After filling in the fields, click "Add", and the counterparty will be displayed in the database;

         7. After creating a counterparty, its page can be edited, in particular, the contact details of the counterparty's employees can be added.

In the old interface, adding a counterparty and making changes to its data is completely similar to the one described above, with the only difference – in the old interface it is impossible to change the country of registration of the counterparty. This interface is designed exclusively for activities in the legal field of the Russian Federation.
