Lost

The article gets into the "Lost" list from the project, from the Warehouse tab. On any status, you can detect the loss and mark the article as lost by highlighting it and clicking on the crossed-out geometry icon above the status field. After that, the article will be in the catalog in the "Lost" list. The following information is available in the list:

Clickable article number. When you click on the number, its log will open in the next tab, where you can see on which project the loss was detected, and where the article was previously located. 

The list also displays the date and time of the discovery of the loss, the responsible person (i.e. the employee who noted the loss) and the comment that was written when the article was transferred to the lost status. 

Actions that can be performed with the lost article — return to the warehouse (in case the loss was discovered) or write off from the balance. After that, the article will be in the "Written off" list in the catalog, and the total number of items will decrease. Actions performed with the article and comments to them are stored in the history of the article forever.
