This button is located in the upper right part of the Finance section.
We have provided it for the case when you have actually made all the planned payments, and you want to include information about this in the calculations for the project. For example, your accountant has made all payments on wages, sublease, etc., and informed you about it. By clicking on "Incur all expenses", you will immediately automatically transfer all expected expenses of the project to the category of realized ones. In other words, information from the project graphs containing planned expenses will be copied to the graphs with actual payments.
