These two blocks define the composition of two key elements of the commercial offer - tables with information about equipment, and tables with data about services.
The setup of both types of tables is similar.
Adding new columns to the table is done as follows:
1) Click on the "Add" button on the right side of the block header;
2) In the window that appears, enter the name of the column to be created (for example: "Equipment name", "Service", etc.). Note that under this name the column will be visible to the client in the commercial offer. We save what we wrote by clicking on the "Add" button;
3) Now that the line with the name you just set has appeared in the column settings block, click the "plus" icon directly below it (to the left of the word "Value").
This is how we set which of the values will be displayed in our new column of the table. In the case of the "Column settings (services)" block, select from the options: "name", "scope of work/services", "description", or "comment" (here we mean a comment related to a specific item of equipment or service that was made during the work in the estimate, and not a comment to the project as a whole from the "Information" section).
In the case of the block that sets up the equipment table, from — "name", "model", "manufacturer", "comment".
Click "Add";
4) If we need two or more values characterizing the equipment or service to be shown in the same column at the same time (for example, the name of the device, its manufacturer, and model are all in one field of the table), then we need to click "plus" again to the right of the word "value", and in the window that appears select the next required value.
To make this value appear in the block, click "Add".
We repeat this procedure as many times as the values need to be placed, one after the other, in this field of the table;
5) If you want to fit a certain value (or a group of values) an additional separate column was allocated, we repeat paragraphs 2 and 3. After the desired column is created and named, we set its contents by repeating paragraphs 4 and 5;
6) Click on the "Save" button on the left in the header of the global settings section.
If you now go to any project, to the "Estimate" section, and in its "Print" subsection click on the "Preview" button, you will see that the columns you set appeared in the corresponding tables of the commercial offer, and their contents are the values you just set.)
To edit already created columns and their values, "pencil" icons are provided here in the settings block. Each such icon is located on the right side of the row in charge of setting a particular value or column. By clicking on the desired "pencil" in the window that appears next, you can make changes to the selected item in the table of the commercial offer.
