This section of the global settings is responsible for linking your GOLOVA account.IO with o third-party services and systems.

Calendar (.ics)

In this section, you can set up synchronization of your company's calendar with an external calendar.

We warn you in advance that so far this feature works 100 percent correctly only with the Apple calendar.

To set up the specified bundle, activate this service by checking the checkbox to the right of the "Link" field, and then copy the contents of this field to the clipboard.

Next, in your Apple calendar, you need to:

1. Go to "Add Calendar" / "New calendar subscription", and paste the link you copied earlier into the appropriate field;

2. Enter the name of the calendar you are creating and add it to the list of your calendars.

As a result of these actions, your Apple device will start displaying events from GOLOVA.IO . In the properties of each project in the Apple calendar, you can see: the number and name of the project, the venue of the event, the total amount, the status of the estimate, and the management team.

Now, if you edit all or some of the above parameters in an event in GOLOVA, the changes will be displayed promptly in the Apple calendar. 

The Google Calendar is connected as follows:

1. In the calendar menu "Other calendars" you need to add "Calendar by url";

2. In the required field, insert the link copied earlier, and add the calendar to the list.

After that, your Google Calendar will start displaying events from your GOLOVA account. 

Unfortunately, the changes you are making to GOLOVA.IO will be displayed on Google at best the next day, because the Google calendar itself is organized in such a way that it requests changes only once a day.
