In the section with information about counterparties, directly under the ticket icon () and the global settings icon () (upper right part of the screen), there is a button to switch between the new and old interfaces:

In the old interface, all counterparty settings are linked to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. In the new one, the counterparty's country of residence can be changed. The legal and tax bases, as well as terminology and details, will change with each country.

Note that the function of changing jurisdictions in particular gives users GOLOVA.IO is an opportunity to create projects where the customer and the contractor are residents of different countries.
