All tabs and fields of the Consumable Item menu are identical to the tabs and fields of the Equipment Item menu. An important difference is that in the article of the consumable, you can perform operations with the quantity.

Click on the "Edit" link next to the "quantity" field. In the dialog box that opens, select an action.

Buy — used to replenish balances. Here you can specify the quantity, date and cost of the purchase (this information will be saved in the history of the Article of the consumable). After confirmation of the action, the total balance in the Article will change.

Write off — used to reduce the total amount. Information about the decommissioned quantity will be displayed in the Decommissioned list in the top menu of the Catalog.

Move — the action is relevant when you have created several Articles of consumables. It is used to move the quantity (for example, you pour 10 liters of consumables from one barrel with article 001 to another barrel with article 002). After confirmation of the action, the quantity will change in two articles.

Sell — information about the sale will be displayed in the history of the Article, as well as in the Sold list in the top menu of the Catalog.
