The article gets into the "Does not work" list in the same way as in the "Lost" list – from the Project Warehouse tab. On any status, you can detect a malfunction and mark the article as faulty by highlighting it and clicking on the broken rectangle icon above the status field. After that, the article will appear in the catalog in the "Does not work" list. The same information is available in the list as in the "Lost" list: the clickable article number that opens the log in a new tab, the date and time of the fault detection, the employee who transferred the article to the "Does not work" list and the comment with which the transfer was made.
Actions that can be performed with a lost article:
– Return to the warehouse (if you have fixed the breakdown yourself) The article will again be available for booking and working in projects.
– Send it to the service center. The article will be moved to the "Under repair" list.
– Write off. The article will move to "Written off" and their catalog will disappear.
