The SKU gets into the "Faulty" list in the same way as in the "Lost" list – from the Project Warehouse tab. On any status, you can detect a malfunction and mark the SKU as faulty by highlighting it and clicking on the broken rectangle icon above the status field. After that, the SKU will appear in the catalog in the "Faulty" list. The same information is available in the list as in the "Lost" list: the clickable SKUe number that opens the log in a new tab, the date and time of the fault detection, the employee who transferred the SKU to the "Faulty" list and the comment with which the transfer was made.
Actions that can be performed with a lost SKU:
– Return to the warehouse (if you have fixed the breakdown yourself) The SKU will again be available for booking and working in projects.
– Send it to the service center. The SKU will be moved to the "Under repair" list.
– Write off. The SKU will move to "Written off" and their catalog will disappear.
