After completing the registration and logging in to your Personal Account, you will find yourself on the company creation page. 

A company is an entity to which your account in the future is linked. Golova.ai . This is NOT a legal entity on whose behalf you work in the system with your counterparties. 

Example: in your personal account, you create a Rental company with the address prokat.golova.io , as well as the company "IP Ivanov" with the address ivanov.golova.io . In the first case, you are engaged in managing business processes for equipment rental, and in the second case, you are conducting personal projects that are not related to the activities in the first company in any way. The only thing that unites these companies is the ability to manage them from one personal account (pay for a subscription, change the tariff plan, login and password of the administrator).

Click "create a company".

In the pop-up window "Creating a company", specify the type of your company ("Equipment rental", "Event agency", etc.). The preset settings and demo data that will be uploaded to the system depend on the selected type.

The next item is “Company". Specify here the name under which this project will be displayed in your Personal Account. 

In the "Domain" item, specify the address at which you and your employees will log in to the system in the future. 

We recommend checking the “Demo data” box if you are registering in the system for the first time. This is data that is loaded automatically when creating a company and makes it easier to adapt to the system. In particular, a demo catalog of equipment will be added to your account, databases of employees, sites, customers, etc. will be filled in for example. All demo data can be changed or deleted.

In the same window, specify the administrator login and password. This is NOT the username and password under which you log into your Personal Account to pay for subscriptions, etc. This is the username and password that you enter when you log in directly to the address that you generated in the same window (for example, prokat.golova.io ). 

Do not forget to accept the terms of the User Agreement before clicking the “Create" button.
