The main difference between the interests is that the new one allows you to choose the jurisdictions in which the company will operate (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.), while the old one is tied exclusively to the legal field of the Russian Federation. It should be noted that the choice of a particular jurisdiction changes the taxation system and affects the terminology used. All this is taken into account in the documentation templates that we have prepared for you, and in the financial calculation system developed by our specialists.

Another difference is that in the new interface you enter the name and amount of the tax to be charged yourself (in the old one, you could only choose them from the suggested options). Thus, it becomes possible to adjust the tax registration more flexibly to your realities (for example, when working with the STS, which in some situations is not quite correct to enter into the contract explicitly).
