To grant an employee access to the system, on the page of this employee, you need to select the "Activate" checkbox in the Account block. Fields will appear in which you can specify the username and password by which he will log in. Here you can also select an access template for this user to determine what information in the system he can see and edit (for more information, see Access Templates).

Telegram ID field and integration with Telegram. 

You can find out your Telegram ID by writing to the telegram bot @getmyid_bot or similar. After that, add yourself to the chat @golovaio_bot.Everyone who has a Telegram ID specified in the system will see messages from this chat and will be able to write there.
