1) Go to the Employees database.
2) On the page that opens, click the "Add employee" button.
3) Fill in the lines about the employee's full name, and then click "Add".
4) A page opens where you can specify detailed information about the employee.
5) On the left, you can add an account (see Adding users), tags (see Tags), and in the Graphic Information section, a signature in .png format (without background), which can be used in documents in the future.
6) In the right column, specify the contact information. In the Specialty section, you can select from the list of specialties those that relate to this employee and the rates for which he works.
Example. Employee Ivan Kuznetsov works as a technician and driver. His specialty data is indicated in the card and the rates are put down: for an hour of work as a driver, he receives 200 rubles and 2000 rubles per shift, and for an hour of work as a technician — 300 rubles and 3000 rubles per shift. Accordingly, if Ivan Kuznetsov is assigned to the project only as a driver, the system will calculate the costs for him based on the driver's rate. If it is added by a technician, then the calculations of the system will change in a big way.
