To create a new template, click the "Add" button in the "Access Templates" section.

A page opens where you can enter the name of the future template.

After entering the name, click "Next" to go to the access rights editing page.

On the first tab, access rights for the Calendar and Tables are configured. In them, you can provide, restrict access in whole or in part to parameters such as project, tasks, transport, timer, schedule, accounting, as well as set the period of application of these parameters.

In the next tab, you can edit access rights in the project. There are six main blocks: information, specification, planning, warehouse, estimates and documents. Next to the block header there is a selector that allows you to completely hide the section from the user, inside the blocks themselves, the access level can be configured in more detail.
Example. In “Planning”, you can give access to everything except transport, or give partial access to all parameters.
- On the Catalog tab, you can configure whether the user will see the Catalog module, display prices and information.

The “Database” tab indicates which databases are available to the user: employees, clients, sites, transport, contractors, my companies, documents.

On the "Analytics" tab, you can configure the ability to view financial analytics for projects, as well as use the "Equipment Control" tool.

The last tab “System" is responsible for access to alerts, global settings and the ticket system.
