In order for the commercial offer to contain the features of your company's corporate identity, we recommend that you involve a designer in the preparation of standard details of the form of this document. We are talking about creating the following elements: header, Text, Background, and the lower part of the form (Footer).

All the listed parts of the form must be prepared by the designer in png format. The final dimensions of each of them can be viewed here, next to their names. 

The above items are loaded into the GOLOVA system.IO using the corresponding buttons (located to the right of the names and sizes).

To make the changes take effect, click "Save".

Now, if you enter any project in the "Estimate" section and display a commercial offer, it will contain the components of your letterhead that have just been uploaded.

Your designer can inspect our files, upload them to the system, and see how this has affected the appearance of the entire document.
