Setting up (additional) columns of the inventory list

Often, in order to simplify and speed up work, it is useful for warehouse staff to be able to make notes directly in the printed version of the statement, right on the go (for example, that a particular device has switched to a certain status). To do this, the settings allow you to add additional columns to this document.

1

Before creating additional columns, go to the "Printing" section in the "Specification and warehouse" settings here. Default display settings", and check the "Show additional columns" checkbox so that this feature is enabled by default in all your projects.

1

To create a new column, click on the word "Add", which is located in the header of the block on the right and highlighted in blue.

1

In the window that appears, enter the name of the column (This may be, for example, the name of one of the stages of work – "Collected", "Checked", etc. And then the storekeeper or loader will be able to make notes in this column as the devices go through this or that stage). After clicking on the "Add" button, a row with the column name will appear in the corresponding settings block.

If you now display the inventory list of any of your projects (Specification/Print/Preview), you will see that the column you just created has appeared in the document table.

If the warehouse realities require a few more additional columns, go through the above process of adding as many columns as you need.

To the right, opposite the name of each additional column, there are and symbols with which you can delete this column or edit its name.

1

Sometimes you need to create additional columns not simultaneously in all your inventory statements, but only in the statements of some projects.

In this case, make sure that in the block "Print. Default display setting", there was no check mark in the "Show additional columns" checkbox.

1

If it is not set, then in order for the additional columns created in the global settings to be added to the list of any project, you need to go to the "Specification"/ "Print"/ "Options" subsection in this project and tick the "show additional columns" checkbox.

Then columns of this type will appear only in the inventory list of this project. In other projects, they will be absent.
