Each line of this block contains the expected expense field and the amount already paid field. Unlike the figure of the planned payment (which is pulled up here automatically from the "Planning" section), you make the actual expense yourself after the actual payment of the amount (click on the "pencil" icon, and in the window that appears after that, the "Paid (actually)" field).
