Go to: Home page/Main menu/Databases/Catalog.

Expand the catalog section where you want to create a set-type entry (click once on the folder in the tree structure, or double-click it in the central part of the catalog page). In the icon bar above the central part of the page, find the set icon (two barcodes) and click it.

The new set will appear in the selected section.
