      1.     Inventory Audit

New features added:

  • Ability to run multiple inventory audits simultaneously (each can correspond to a separate part of the catalog);
  • Filtering SKUs during inventory audit by the warehouses where they are located;
  • Assigning a responsible employee for a specific inventory audit from your staff.

Specifics of consumables and accessories have been taken into account – now it is possible to divide the total quantity of consumables and accessories into parts and distribute them into different statuses during the inventory audit.

     2.    Price List

It is now possible to download the price list either without prices or with different types of prices to choose from. Additionally, the price list can now display only entries with a specific status ("Operational", "Requires Diagnostics", etc.).

     3.    Client Comment

This field has been added to the catalog in each entry's card. This comment can later be included in a quotation. The field for internal comments left by employees for their colleagues (not for clients) is now called "Service Comment" and functions as before.

     4.    Specification Without Composition

The "Composition" level has been removed from the specification, simplifying work with the equipment list in this section.

     5.    Project Copying

When copying a project, a modal window now appears, allowing you to set the date to which you want to copy the project.

     6.     "Comment" Variable

Project/Information/Comment field – a variable has been created for this field in the "Documents" section. This means that the contents of this field can now be exported into any document related to the project.

     7.    New in Analytics

Analytics/Financial Report:

  • A manager filter has been added;
  • In the "Staff" subsection, under the "Employees" tab, a new column "Period" has been added, displaying the time frame during which an employee was involved.

     8.    Knowledge Base

In the "Tickets" section, a new "Knowledge Base" button has been added (next to the "Create" button). This links to a separate help website for our product. Before submitting a request to the support team, we recommend searching for relevant information in this knowledge base.
