VERSION 17.2 15.11.2024

     1.    "Project from Warehouse" Mode

This mode is designed for situations where a project needs to be created quickly during the equipment shipment phase at the warehouse. To facilitate this, several new features have been introduced into the system: a scanner mode  “Add and Transfer SKU," a "Shipment" sheet in the "Specification" section, the ability to import the contents of the "Shipment" sheet into the project estimate, and more.

     2.    Scanner Log Information on Item Status Changes

In the "Warehouse" section, a new column has been added to the "Log - Scanner" block, providing information on the status changes of individual items (previously, this information was available only in the general warehouse activity log).

     3.    Highlighting Rows with Deficiencies

Now, if a position experiences a deficiency, the corresponding row in the "Estimate" section will be highlighted in red.

     4.    Zero-Priced Items Are Not Displayed in Documents

Previously, when you selected the "Do not display zero-priced items" checkbox in the commercial proposal options, such items would disappear from the proposal but not from other project documents. Now, with this option enabled, zero-priced items are removed from all project documents.

     5.    Highlighting Faulty and Items Requiring Diagnostics

In the "Catalog" database, items associated with a position are now highlighted in red if they are marked as faulty. If an item is marked as "Requires Diagnostics," it will be highlighted in yellow.

      6.    Path Display for Items in the "Inventory" Section

In the inventory list (Databases/Catalog/Top Catalog Menu/Inventory), the headers of positions now include a path indicating where the associated items can be found in the catalog.

      7.     New Fonts and Colors for Labels

When creating labels in the catalog, you can now use various fonts and customize the colors of label elements.

      8.    Exporting the "Employees" Database to Excel

The export is performed in the same format as the database import—an Excel table with identical columns and data structure.

      9.    Access to Labels

Suppose one of your employees does not have permission to edit the catalog or view its prices. You can now allow such an employee to print labels. Relevant access options have been added to the "Access Templates" subsection (Databases/Employees/Access Templates).

      10.   New Variables in Document Templates

To ensure that price tables in documents created in the "Documents" section more accurately reflect the content of the estimate and the commercial proposal, we have added the following variables to the template configuration subsection:

  1. Total discount and price adjustment coefficient for each estimate section;
  2. Variables reflecting the subtotal for each subsection of the estimate, considering applicable discounts and coefficients.

     11.   Project Number in Tickets

Often, your questions or issues reported to us are related to a specific project. To address this, we have added a field to the ticket form in your requests (Home Page/Top Right Menu/Question Mark Icon) where you can specify the project number. This will expedite the processing of your request.
