1. Sets
A new concept has been introduced — the “Set”. It is a fixed group of equipment treated as a single SKU.
2. Fractional Quantity
Entries of the “Accessories”, “Consumables”, and “Kit” types can now use fractional quantities. This is useful, for example, for working with screens rented out by square meters or for operating with volumes of liquids measured in liters with decimal precision.
3. Specification Section Update
In the “Specification” section of a project, loading speed has been significantly improved thanks to dynamic data loading and added pagination. This is especially noticeable in large projects.
The interface of the Sublease block has also been updated: you can now bulk-edit rows and return entries from Sublease back to Deficit.
Additionally, comments made in the catalog to SKUs are now displayed in the Specification.
4. Item Transfer within Warehouse
The logic for assigning random SKUs and transferring equipment between warehouse statuses has been improved. The system now transfers only the available SKUs, and keeps the unavailable ones (or entries without an assigned SKU) at their current status, showing an error message.
5. Renaming Sections and Subsections
In the “Estimate” section of a project, an edit icon has been added next to section and subsection names. It allows assigning section titles different from those used in the catalog. These custom titles will appear in the Quotation when sending it to the client.
6. Images for SKUs
In the “Catalog” section, you can now attach an image directly to a SKU card. Previously, images could only be attached to entries.
7. Venue Comments
Comments added to venues in the “Venues” database are now displayed in the “Information” section of a project.
When a venue is selected, an icon appears indicating the presence of a comment. Clicking the icon opens the comment in a separate window. If there is no comment, the icon does not appear.
8. Updates in the “Staff” Database
Two new features were added to the “Staff” database table:
A “User Account” column, allowing you to filter employees by whether they have a system login.
The ability to dismiss employees. Previously, only deletion from the database was available. Now you can mark someone as dismissed (and later reinstate them). This retains all data, payments, and analytics related to that employee, even after dismissal, simplifying staff management.
9. Partner Program
A new “Partner Program” section has been added to the GOLOVA website, providing access to the partner program.
After registration, users receive a unique referral link. If colleagues register via this link, they receive a one-month trial period. The referring user earns bonuses for inviting new clients, which can be used to pay for GOLOVA services or withdrawn as cash.
