You get to the global settings section after clicking on the icon 
in the upper-right corner of the window (this area of all GOLOVA sections.IO looks the same).
The changes made here will be applied to all users.
The global settings section consists of the following subsections: "System", "Catalog", "Project", "Commercial offer", "Specification and Warehouse", "Calendar", "Integrations".
