The "Estimate" tab allows you to select the necessary equipment and services for the project, set a price for each position, flexibly set its increase coefficient and discount, and then display a commercial offer for the client. Moreover, at different stages of the project's life, the estimate and related documents can be easily adjusted.
Inside the estimate, you can create any number of sheets you need, moreover, each sheet with its own set of positions, settings, prices and cost calculation (in the screenshot below - the sheets "Tab 1", "Tab 2", and "Tab 3").
Thus, you can work on several versions of the estimate for the same project at once (then each sheet is one of these options). In another approach, different sheets are independent estimates of different parts of the project (for example, if you are organizing an event whose concerts take place on several unrelated stages, and a separate calculation is required for each stage). An approach is also possible in which each estimate sheet corresponds to a certain type of calculation: the "Tab 1" sheet – sound equipment; the "Tab 2" sheet – personnel; the "Tab 3" sheet – transport, etc.
