If the purpose of the work in the "Estimate" section is, in fact, a dialogue with the client (during the formation of a commercial offer), then the "Specification" section is more focused on your internal logistics and warehouse structure. Here you, or your technical director, make decisions about what exactly, when, where, and in what volumes will leave the warehouse, which specific positions are being sublet, etc., and transmit information about this to the warehouse staff.

Note that the contents of the estimate and the list of what will actually be shipped from the warehouse do not always coincide. For example, if the estimate says "Shure BLX24/SM58 Radiomicrophone", then the warehouse employee will see this position in something like this: "SM58 Radiomicrophone", "BLX4 receiver", "Case", "AA spare batteries". In addition, the device specified in the estimate may be damaged at another event by the time of the event, and it will urgently need to be replaced with a device with similar functionality, etc.

Accordingly, working in the "Specification" section, the technical director usually reworks the list of budget items, adapting it to current realities, and turning it into a set of articles (i.e. specific devices, components and consumables). Next, this list is drawn up in the warehouse statement, and is employed by warehouse employees.

Based on the above, in the GOLOVA system, the sections "Estimate" and "Specification" are connected, but this connection very much depends on how you set it up, based on the specific features of the project.

Moving down the section from top to bottom, we see the following blocks: "Information about the manager's work", "Shortage", "Sublease", "Specification", "Print".
