- Information about projects in which the worker participates (as manager, crew chief, technician, and so on);
- Information about project tasks (from the "Planning" tab of any project);
- Information about tasks not related to projects (from the calendar);
- Financial data of the staff member: accountable funds, disbursements, balance history;
- Blocks displaying working and non-working time (according to the schedule from the calendar).
With the dashboard, the staff member not only sees all this but can also operate the listed system elements within the access rights you grant. The information in the section is presented in the form of cards. There are several modes of displaying them. Flexible functionality for filtering and sorting cards, selecting a period, has been implemented. Full operation of the section on mobile devices is also provided.
2. SKU photos
The SKU card now has a convenient functionality for uploading and managing not just one photo, as before, but multiple photos at once.
3. Repair priority
In the catalog, a parameter with this name has been added to the SKU characteristics. "Repair priority" is specified when marking an SKU as faulty. The available values are: high, medium, low. It is possible to sort entries by repair urgency.
4. Write-off
An option for writing off equipment from the "Under repair" state has appeared in the catalog. You can specify the date and reason for the write-off. The SKU disappears from the available quantity and moves to the "Written-off" section.
5. Available quantity
Now, next to the total number of SKUs of an entry in the catalog, their available quantity is displayed — this is all SKUs minus those that are faulty, under repair, and currently booked. The value is valid only at the time of viewing and is not suitable for planning.
6. Creating a set from the kit
A new function that allows you to turn an existing kit into a warehouse set with one click. The composition is copied automatically. Next, it remains to specify the number of sets and assign SKUs to them.
7. Date and time in the quotation header
In the header of this document, it has become possible to independently show (or hide) the date and the time of the project.
8. Project profitability
On the "Finance" tab we have added a field where project profitability is calculated. Here "Planned profitability" is automatically calculated, which is related to the planned income and expenses of the project. And also "Actual profitability" — the one that is calculated after all financial transactions of the project are processed.
9. Outstanding balance
This value is now displayed in the "Finance" section in the "Income" block. Without the need to switch to other tabs and make additional calculations, you immediately see how much more the client has to pay for the project.
10. Files for tasks
The ability to attach files to tasks not related to projects has been added. Options for bulk uploading of files, commenting on them, and sending the task performer links to these files by email are available.
11. Files in the counterparty card
In the "Counterparties" database, it has become possible to attach files to the counterparty card. Functionality for bulk uploading of files and commenting on them has also been implemented.
12. New login screen
The login page has been updated. Now, among other things, it is used to display important current information — for example, it contains a brief description of the new system version, links to videos about it, and so on.
