In version 19.3, we focused on refining the scenarios that users have been asking us for a long time. The update is aimed at simplifying repetitive operations and increasing the flexibility of the system in working with projects, specifications and documents.

Extended project copying

We have significantly expanded the possibilities of copying a project. Now, when creating a copy, you can choose which data to transfer.:

• data from the Information tab (name, client, site, comment, access)
• project stages
• assigned personnel, tasks, and transportation
• the estimate
• The specification
• files and links

This allows you to flexibly use existing projects as templates for different tasks.

When copying:

• stages, personnel, tasks, and transportation are saved.
• The time of the stages and shifts is reset to the project values — it needs to be adjusted manually.
• the estimate is copied in full
• the specification is postponed taking into account all the changes made (rather than being reassembled from the estimate)
• files and links are also copied.

As a result, a new project is created almost ready to work — you only need to adjust the dates and durations.

Copying the specification

Added the ability to work with specification sheets in the same way as cost estimates.

Now you can:

• copy the specification sheet inside the project
• copy the specification sheet to another project

When copying to another project:

• the sheet is created as a separate tab
• The entire equipment is preserved
• the structure and changes regarding the estimate are being postponed

This is convenient for reusing shipping lists and transferring data between projects.

Please note: after copying, you may need to refresh the page to correctly display the total deficit.

Waybills

A new "Waybills" tab has been added to the transport database.

Functionality:

• creation of shipping invoices
• the ability to link to a project (optional)
• auto-completion of data from the project, the database of employees, transport and contractors
• the ability to manually edit any fields
• choosing a driver, transport and trailer
• storing a list of all invoices created

The document can be:

• generate it directly in the interface
• print it out
• save to PDF via browser

We have specially made the waybills a separate section in order to:

• it was possible to work with documents outside the project
• It is convenient to search and manage all invoices in one place.
• support scenarios with combined shipments from multiple projects
