Transport table

 

The Transport tab displays employee trip records. It is used to track vehicle usage and log movements.

 


 

 

What is displayed

 

The table includes:

 

  • employee

  • date

  • start time

  • end time

  • duration

  • user comment

  • internal comment

 

 


 

 

How it works

 

An employee:

 

  • starts a trip using the icon in the header

  • adds a comment (for example, the purpose of the trip)

 

When the trip is completed, the data is automatically recorded in the system.

A manager:

 

  • can add an internal comment directly in the table

 

 


 

 

Important

 

 

  • trips are not linked to projects

  • the table serves as a movement log

  • all records help track vehicle usage over time

 

 


 

 

What you can do

 

The table allows you to:

 

  • track employee trips

  • see who used transport and when

  • add internal comments

  • filter records by employee and date
