Projects

The page is available when selecting the “Projects” section in the top menu of the application.

It allows you to view, filter, and search for projects, as well as create new projects for warehouse operations.

Filtering and search

The list of projects can be filtered by period:

  • day
  • week
  • month
  • year
  • custom period (via calendar)

Search is available by:

  • project name
  • project number

Search is performed via a modal window: results are displayed in a separate list where you can select which projects to display on the screen.

Project cards

Projects are displayed as cards.

Each card includes:

  • project number
  • name
  • date and time
  • venue and address
  • amount
  • first two responsible users (for example, manager and team lead)

Status indicators are displayed as colored circles in the top-right corner.

Colors correspond to user-defined settings.
Tapping the indicators shows the current statuses in text form (tooltip).

Tapping a project card opens the “Warehouse” section.

Creating a project from warehouse

You can create a new project directly from the warehouse.

To do this, use the “plus” icon next to the search.

Such a project is created with settings and statuses that allow you to:

  • immediately open the “Warehouse” section
  • start working with equipment without additional project setup

This scenario is used when a project is created specifically for warehouse operations.

Working within a project

The “Movement” section in a project contains everything needed to manage dispatch.

Display settings are available:

  • enable/disable grouping of equipment by folders
  • enable/disable grouping by tabs (if the project is split into multiple sheets)

You can also view:

  • scanner log
  • full action log for the dispatch process

Dispatch process

After starting dispatch (the “Play” button), the following elements become active:

Equipment actions

Fields for working with equipment, including:

  • assigning SKUs
  • moving items to the next status
  • other related actions

Scanning methods

Available options:

  • manual input
  • RFID
  • smartphone camera
  • connected Bluetooth scanner (e.g., linked to a tablet)

Action buttons

Buttons allow you to:

  • assign random SKUs
  • mark equipment as lost
  • mark equipment as faulty
  • move equipment to another project

Manual dispatch

Checkboxes allow manual processing of equipment.

You can:

  • select one or multiple SKUs
  • click the “Move” button to process them

This is useful when scanning is not used or when actions need to be applied in bulk.
