The Overdue Returns table is designed to monitor equipment that has not been returned from a project on time. It helps you quickly identify delayed items, assess the situation, and navigate to the relevant project to take action.
Where to find it
Warehouse → Overdue Returns
How it works
The table is automatically generated by the system and displays SKUs whose return date has already passed, but are still on site.
Each entry includes:
-
SKU / Entry
-
Project
-
Location (site)
-
Delay (in hours or days)
-
Delay comment
The delay is calculated based on the project return date and the current time.
Key features
1. Quick visibility of delays
Instantly see all overdue items without setting up filters.
2. Sorting by delay
Sort entries to identify the most critical cases (longest delays).
3. Comments
Add a comment to each SKU to record the reason for delay or current status.
4. Navigate to project
Click on the project ID or name to open it and review details:
— where the equipment is
— who is responsible
— what actions are needed
5. Available actions
From this table, you can:
-
Mark as Lost
Other warehouse actions (return, transfer, etc.) should be performed from the project or the Mass Return table.
Relation to the “Mass Return” table
The Overdue Returns table is a specialized view focused on delayed items.
You can achieve a similar result in the Mass Return table by applying filters and sorting by delay. However:
-
here everything is preconfigured,
-
no setup is required,
-
it is faster for daily operations.
When to use
We recommend using the Overdue Returns table for:
-
daily monitoring of returns,
-
identifying problematic projects,
-
managing equipment losses,
-
coordinating with your team and sites.
Recommendations
-
Check the table regularly, especially during active shipment and return periods.
-
Use comments to track the status of each SKU.
-
For long delays, open the project and clarify the situation with responsible team members.
-
Use the Mass Return table when you need to process multiple entries at once.
The Overdue Returns table helps you keep returns under control and reduce the risk of equipment loss and shortages in upcoming projects.
