The Accounting table

The Accounting tab displays projects in terms of payment and is used to control receipts.

This is not accounting in the classical sense, but a tool for quick understanding.:

  • which projects have been paid for

  • which ones are in the process of payment

  • which ones are in arrears

What is displayed

The table contains the same projects as the Projects tab, but supplemented with financial fields.:

  • company

  • date

  • counterparty and client

  • project

  • project amount

  • project status

  • payment amount (Paid)

  • document number (Invoice)

  • payment status (paid / partially paid / in progress)

How the data is generated

The data in the table is filled in automatically:

  • if a package of documents has been created in the project, the document number appears in the Invoice column.

  • if the "Finance" section containsArrival, the amount is displayed in the columnPaid for

  • The account status changes depending on the amount of the payment.

Payment logic

  • if the amount isThe amount is equal to the amount of the project → status: paid for

  • if the amount is less → partially paid

  • if there are no payments → in progress

One project can contain multiple documents, but one document always refers to only one project.

What can I do?

The table allows you to:

  • monitor the payment of projects

  • quickly find unpaid projects

  • track partial payments

  • filter projects by payment status

Working with the table

  • Clicking on the line opens the project

  • The table supports filters, sorting and searching.

  • You can customize the display of the columns

Important

  • Bills cannot be created or edited in the table

  • All financial transactions are performed within the project (Finance section)

  • The table is used only for monitoring and analyzing payments.

When to use

The Accounting table is convenient when needed.:

  • check which projects have been paid for

  • find projects with debt

  • monitor the flow of funds

  • quickly get a financial picture of projects
