1. Purchases Report (Catalog)
A new report aggregates all purchase records across equipment, components, and consumables. It allows you to analyze when items were purchased, in what quantities, and for what total cost over a selected period. The report supports filtering by item type and highlights entries with missing purchase dates or prices. Each record is clickable, enabling direct navigation to the corresponding SKU card for quick edits or data completion.
2. Money Operations in Catalog (Catalog)
The SKU card now includes a dedicated Money Operations tab, replacing the previous “purchase date/time” fields. This tab logs all financial operations related to the item, including purchases. It supports staged payments: you can add items to stock immediately while recording their cost over time. These records are independent from stock balance and serve as a financial history layer.
3. Actions with Components and Consumables (Catalog / Warehouse)
You can now manage the state of partial quantities within a single SKU. Individual units can be marked as faulty, under diagnosis, or lost without affecting the entire batch. Extracted units are tracked separately and can be returned to stock after repair or resolution.
4. Improved Search (Catalog)
Search has been enhanced with result highlighting, automatic opening of the first match, and a quick-clear option. You can now search by serial number and RFID tag, and the system supports queries entered with an incorrect keyboard layout.
5. Catalog State Persistence (Catalog)
The system remembers the last opened location in the catalog tree and restores it when you return, improving navigation efficiency.
6. Images in Sets (Catalog)
Set compositions now display images of included items (if available), making it easier to visually verify contents.
7. Price Export to Excel (Catalog)
Price lists can now be exported to Excel, including structured data and optional item images.
8. Images in Quote (Project)
You can include item images in client quotes. Images are pulled from the catalog and displayed in a dedicated column in the document, improving clarity and presentation.
9. Formatted Comments (Project)
Project comments now support rich text formatting (lists, highlights, styling) and retain their formatting in generated documents.
10. New Document Variables (Project / Documents)
New variables allow exporting detailed item tables from estimates into documents. They support complex pricing scenarios, including multiple taxes with correct distribution logic.
11. Navigation Between Estimate and Catalog (Project / Catalog)
Items in estimates and specifications are now clickable. You can jump directly to the corresponding position or SKU card in the catalog.
12. Move Entries Between Sheets (Project)
Entries in estimates can now be moved between sheets, simplifying work with multi-section estimates.
13. Warehouse Updates and Consumables Logic (Warehouse)
Consumables workflow has been improved: shipped items are assumed used, but remaining quantities can be returned, moved, or marked as lost. A unified action menu enables bulk operations.
14. Equipment Conflict Warnings (Warehouse / Project)
The system now warns if items are needed in other projects. It shows both planned allocations and items currently on-site, helping prevent shortages.
15. Quote File Name Template (Project)
You can define a custom naming pattern for exported quote files using variables such as date, project name, and company name.
16. Updated Tables (System)
Tables are now adaptive: users can select visible columns, reorder them, and adjust widths. Settings are saved per user.
17. Employee Grouping by Tags (System / HR)
Employees can be filtered and grouped by tags in the employee database and access pass generation, improving organization by roles or departments.
18. Chat Push Notifications for iOS (System / Chat)
Push notifications for the built-in chat are now available on iOS, ensuring consistent communication across devices.
