External calendar

In version 19.4, integration with external calendars has been completely redesigned. Now the link is created separately for each employee inside his card, and not globally through system settings.

For each link, you can select the displayed project statuses and configure which data will be transferred to the external calendar: client, site, comments, responsible persons, project amount and other parameters. The integration supports the Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar and other services with a subscription to the calendar.

Simplified registration and entry

The registration process for new users has been updated. Now account creation, mail confirmation, and company creation are combined into a single scenario, after which the user immediately enters the Golova interface.

Login via external services has also been added: VK ID, Mail.ru , Yandex and Odnoklassniki.

New fields in document printing

In the document printing tab, new fields have been added for output in the document header.:

• project number;
• the name of the project.

The setting is available for all documents generated through the print section.

Fixes and improvements

In version 19.4, much attention is paid to correcting errors and improving the stability of the system.

Among the main changes: correcting the search inside kits and kits, correct operation of customer comments in estimates, displaying comments and travel locations in the transport table, as well as correcting warehouse work while working from multiple devices.
