Version 18.5 was released in two parts. The first focuses on a reworked shortage algorithm and a new mass equipment return tool. The second covers updates to the catalog, specification, analytics, and the launch of the community map.

1. Reworked Shortage (Project / Specification)

The shortage calculation algorithm has been completely reworked and is now significantly more accurate:

• the booking period is now taken into account, not just the project date
• the system now distinguishes between minimum and maximum required quantities
• shortage modal windows have been updated
• diagrams added for visual display of overlaps
• shortage display logic updated in estimates, specifications, and the Equipment Control report

2. Mass Equipment Return (Warehouse Menu)

A new tool for receiving equipment from multiple projects at once:

• a unified table of all equipment currently at venues
• quick receiving from different projects without opening each one
• flexible filters and detailed table customization
• project search and overdue return tracking
• fully updated interface, also available in the mobile app

3. Extended SKU Log (Catalog)

The SKU log now records:

• all changes to card fields
• uploaded files
• filters
• notes
• fault photos

The inventory procedure has also been improved.

4. Specification Updates (Project / Specification)

• comment logic has been improved
• option added to split the warehouse statement by pages

5. Analytics Updates

• staff expense calculation is now based on shifts, not project dates
• a "Balance" indicator added to headers

6. Community Map

The companies section has been updated: brands, photos, expanded descriptions, and improved company search have been added.

7. RFID Integration

Support for passive RFID tags for equipment SKUs has been implemented.
