In version 18.4, we focused on two major updates: a completely redesigned inventory statement and a new repair accounting module. In addition, there are several small improvements based on user requests.

1. New Inventory list (Draft/Specification)

The inventory list has received significantly expanded options for configuring content and appearance.

New design parameters:

• flexible document header — you can choose which fields to display
• withdrawal of warehouses and storage rows
• size and power display
• contacts of sub-tenants
• filters for flexible content management
• grouping by cost sheets and sets

2. Repair accounting (Catalog)

Added a full-fledged section for accounting of equipment repairs.

Section Features:

• a single list of current and completed repairs
• fixing the actual cost of repairs
• attaching files to a repair record
• the ability to write off or sell equipment directly from the repair card

Repair analysis:

• reports for selected periods
• comparison by service centers
• viewing the repair history for a specific article

3. Minor improvements

• photos and units of measurement in the price list
• setting the default standard project time
• renaming estimate sheets by double-clicking on the tab name
