Structure and navigation

The catalog in Golova.ai has a convenient tree-like structure. The tree of sections and subsections is located on the left, and their contents are displayed in the central part (workspace). You can navigate either by clicking on the tree on the left or by double-clicking on the folders in the central part. At the top, there is a navigation bar (so-called "breadcrumbs"), which shows the current nesting level and allows you to quickly return to any of the previous levels with a click.

Smart search for equipment and SKUs

To quickly find the required entry or a specific device (SKU), a smart search bar is provided. In the desktop version, it is located above the catalog tree, in the upper left part of the screen. The search operates with the following features:

• Keyboard layout correction: The system automatically understands an incorrect layout. For example, if you accidentally start typing a name using the English layout instead of the Russian one, the search will still find the necessary equipment.
• Search by serial numbers and tags: You can search for specific SKUs not only by their internal number or name, but also by the manufacturer's serial number, as well as by the RFID tag number.
• Result highlighting: All found elements that fall under the search filters are highlighted in red in the central workspace.
• Instant card opening: When you click on an SKU in the search results, the system automatically opens its detailed entry card on the right side of the screen and highlights it in the central table.
• One-click clearing: You can clear the search bar by simply clicking on the cross icon, without manually deleting the text.

Additional convenience when working with the list

• Protection against accidental movements: To prevent you from accidentally dragging a folder or an entry to another section (which is especially relevant when working from mobile devices), the catalog features a "padlock" icon. Free drag-and-drop is locked by default. To freely move objects, you need to "open" the padlock first.
• Adjusting column width: You can manually change the column width in the central workspace for a more comfortable viewing of long names.
